Den Seestern habe ich nach einer Anleitung von Barbara Summers auf www.crocknit.com gehäkelt. Er vervollständigt die Dekokette für dieses Jahr. Vielleicht lasse ich mir dann für nächstes Jahr etwas Neues einfallen. Wenn ihr Vorschläge habt, bitte kommentieren. Ich hab's schon öfters geschrieben, ich liebe Wimpelketten. Für den Shabby-Chic-Markt an dem ich mit meinem Freund teilgenommen habe, habe ich verschiedene Wimpelketten gehäkelt. Die Anleitung stammt von Ellbel und heisst Call the Midwife . Ich liebe diese englische TV-Serie. Ich habe sie in verschiedenen rosa tönen und einen Variante in blau tönen gehäkelt. For the shabby chic market that I had a stall at with my partner I crocheted different buntings.   The pattern is by Ellebel and is called " Call the Midwife ". I love this TV show by the way. I made it in different shades of rose and blue. 

Die Anleitung für die Fische habe ich bei Carmen auf www.mycrochetprojects.com gefunden. Sie sind ganz einfach nachzuhäkeln und peppen die "Wimpelkette" auf. Die Anleitung für die tollen Strandhütten habe ich von Avondale Patterns  gekauft. In Südengland sieht man diese süssen Strandhütten an vielen Orten und für mich sind sie die perfekte Ergänzung zur Sommerdeko. Ich liebe es zu dekorieren und zum Glück reisst sich im Büro niemand anders um die Aufgabe. Das ist meine Sommerdeko im Büro. Gehäkeltes, Sand, Muscheln und Betondeko, für mich eine super Kombination. Ich liebe maritime Deko. Irgendwann muss ich mich unbedingt auch mal an den Werkstoff Beton wagen. I love to decorate and fortunately no one else in the office wants that task.  This is how I decorated the office for summer. Crochet, sand, shells and decorations made of concrete, a good combination. I love maritime Objects.  In the future I'd like to try working with concrete.

Für den Shabby-Chic-Markt an dem ich mit meinem Freund teilgenommen habe, wollte ich auch verschiedene Wimpelketten häkeln. Als erstes habe ich mich also an eine Shabby-Chic-Wimpelkette gesetzt. Das Garn in den wunderbaren Farben habe ich bei Wolle Rödel in Lörrach entdeckt. Ich arbeite gerne mit Baumwollgarn und somit war dies perfekt für mich. Ich habe ganz einfach Granny-Dreiecke gehäkelt in dem ich einfach nur drei statt vier Seiten eines klassischen Granny-Squares gehäkelt habe. I love bunting and we already have different buntings made of lovely fabric or crocheted at home. For the shabby chic market that I had a stall at with my partner I wanted to crochet different buntings. As a first project I decided to crochet a Shabby-Chic-Bunting. The yarn in those lovely colours I found at Wolle Rödel in Lörrach. I love to work with cotton yarn so this was a good find.

Ein Ausflug ins Landhaus Ettenbühl stand schon lange auf dem Programm. Vor ein paar Wochen war es nun endlich soweit. Ich bin mit einer Freundin nach Deutschland gefahren und nach einem wunderbaren Besuch des Gartens und des Shops (natürlich nicht ohne einiges zu kaufen) haben wir den Afternoon Tea genossen. Ein wunderbarer Ausflug. A daytrip to Landhaus Ettenbühl has been on my bucket list for ages. A couple of weeks ago it was finally time. I went with a friend to Germany and after a wonderful visit to the garden and the shop (which we couldn't leave without shopping), we enjoyed the afternoon tea. A wonderful trip.
