Ich dekoriere gerne saisonal und wechsle deshalb auch den Türkranz regelmässig. Seit wir in unserem Haus wohnen haben wir sogar 2 Türkränze. Ich habe in der Stadt dickes Garn gekauft um einen grossen Kürbis zu häkeln. Die Anleitung stammt von Megmade with Love . Durch das dicke Garn war der Kürbis sehr schnell gehäkelt. Für den Stiel haben wir bei einem Waldsparziergang einen schönen Stock gefunden. Ich habe bisher immer mit eher dünnem Garn gearbeitet, bin aber recht begeistert, wie viel schneller es mit dickem Garn geht. I bought bulky yarn in the city to crochet a big pumpkin. The pattern is from Megmade with Love. Due to the bulky yarn the pumpkin was crocheted very fast. For the stalk, we found a beautiful stick on a forest walk. I have always worked with rather thin yarn, but I'm quite thrilled how much faster it is with bulky yarn.

Als weitere Variation für meine Kürbiskollektion habe ich diese Sternenkürbisse nach der Anleitung von Ginger Peachy gehäktelt. Den Sternenstich habe ich auch schon für Teelichter verwendet. Auch auf einer grösseren Fläche wie dem Kürbis sieht es gut aus. To get more variation for my pumpkin collection I made a Star stitch pumpkin following the pattern by Ginger Peachy . I've used the star stitch on some tea lights before and like it, even though it takes quite a long time to do.

Während wir diesen Sommer in den Ferien waren habe ich fleissig Kürbisse gehäkelt. Ich war so fleissig, dass ich sogar unterwegs Garn kaufen musste. Für die kleinere Version habe ich einfach eine Masche kleiner gehäkelt, z. B. anstelle eines Doppel-Stäbchens ein einfaches Stäbchen etc. The pattern for the big leaf on the bag is from Suvi by Suvi's Crochet . It's the leaf to a Dogwood blossom. For the smaller version, I simply crocheted it a stitch smaller, instead of a triple crochet I made a double crochet.

Mir gefällt das einfache Muster (Wechsel Stäbchen und feste Maschen) sehr gut, ich habe mir auch schon eine kleine Handtasche mit diesem Muster gehäkelt. Neben Kürbissen habe ich auch Äpfel und Pilze gehäkelt für meine Herbstdeko. Da gehört natürlich auch eine Birne dazu. Diese Birne ist nach einer Anleitung aus dem Internet auf der Gartenzauber-Website. In addition to pumpkins, I also crocheted apples and mushrooms for my autumn decoration.
